INFOUPNYK_ Rector of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta (UPNYK) Prof. Dr. Mohamad Irhas Effendi, M.Si together with Rector of Eszterhazy Karoly Catholic University Dr. Ilona Tari-Pajtók strengthened international cooperation in the field of Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) at the Rectorate, Thursday, April 18, 2024.
In the meeting between Prof. Dr. Mohamad Irhas Effendi, M.Si and Dr. Ilona Tari-Pajtók, the two universities agreed to conduct student exchanges in order to develop MBKM. This collaboration provides opportunities for students to study in different environments and develop independent living skills.
In addition to student exchanges, UPN Veteran Yogyakarta and Eszterhazy Karoly Catholic University are also committed to conducting joint research related to MBKM. This has a positive impact in producing research that is beneficial to both countries.

He added that this collaboration will have a positive impact on the development of higher education and improve the quality of students in facing the demands of an increasingly competitive world of work.
